Radcliffe forewarns protesters to steer clear of London Games 2012

London, Apr 16 (ANI): Marathon champion Paula Radcliffe has warned protesters not to sabotage her Olympic dream on the streets of London this summer.

"You just hope that people, please, don't do anything like that. We've seen it before in a London Marathon and at the Athens Olympics," the Daily Mirror quoted Radcliffe as saying.

After the Annual Boat Race between Cambridge and Oxford was ruined by protester, Trenton Oldfield's stunt of swimming in front of the boats during the race, ending the ambitions of the participants, Radcliffe feared her efforts for the Games could also be jeopardized.

Radcliffe's marathon and British Olympic Association (BOA) Chief Colin Moynihan said that it only takes "one idiot" to ruin an on/going event. (ANI)
