Jayalalithaa to attend security conference in Delhi

Chennai, April 14 (IANS) Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J. Jayalalithaa will attend the conference of chief ministers on internal security to be chaired by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh in New Delhi Monday.
A statement issued here Saturday said that Jayalalithaa will attend the conference Monday and return in the evening.
Jayalalithaa has been a critic of many of the decisions taken by the central government on allocation of funds, power, formation of the National Counter Terrorism Centre and others.
She has been saying that the decisions of the central government would weaken the federal structure of the Indian polity.
