Bubba Watson selling North Carolina lakehouse for 1.499mn dollars

New York, Apr 12 (ANI): Professional golfer Bubba Watson, who recently won the Masters, is selling off his Lexington, North Carolina lakehouse for 1.499 million dollars.

A few weeks ago, Watson and his wife, Angie, adopted a 1-month-old boy named Caleb, and according to Forbes, the family has been renting a home in Orlando, while the adoption process is being finalized.

The house sits on land overlooking High Rock Lake, and has all the fixings for a dream lakehouse: a boathouse and dock, an aluminum floating pier and a double jet-ski dock. The patio has an outdoor kitchen, TV, saltwater pool and hot tub, the New York Daily News reported.

The main house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms, but there's also a detached garage with a separate apartment above it.

Furnishings are negotiable in the sale price, according to the listing. (ANI)
