Six die in car crash near Mathura

Agra, April 9 (IANS) Six people were killed and three critically injured Monday when a car they were in rammed into a stationary truck on the Agra-Delhi highway in Uttar Pradesh, police said.
The accident took place when a Maruti Van carrying 10 folk singers from Raya town in Mathura lost control and hit the truck near Raipura Jat village in Mathura district.
The singers were returning from Agra after participating in a religious function. The injured are reportedly in critical condition.
