Clashes in Patna over Govt. apathy towards fire victims

Patna, Mar 13 (ANI): Residents in Patna lashed out at the Nitish Kumar Government on Tuesday for failing to provide monetary support to victims of a fire that broke out in a slum area.
Residents damaged vehicles and public property, prompting the police officials to step in.
Victims of the fire are demanding compensation," said Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Rakesh Dubey.
Property worth thousands of rupees was gutted when a major fire broke out in over 80 huts close to the Bihar Veterinary College here on Monday afternoon. (ANI)
