Afridi delighted with Pak cricket team developing winning habit
Islamabad, Feb 8 (ANI): Former Pakistan skipper Shahid Afridi has expressed his delight over Pakistan's victory against England, and insisted that the players should make 'winning their habit like Australia and South Africa'.
Praising the team for developing a winning habit under Misbah-ul-Haq, Afridi said: "It will go down in the history books as Pakistan's greatest victories and Misbah's name will be there as a captain."
"Alhamdullah boys' really played remarkably well to defeat world's top team. It will help us in our bid to beat England in the One-day and T20 series. The team is in good winning frame of mind. If we keep up the momentum it help our cause. Pakistan should make winning their habit like Australia and South Africa. The way team is playing I am confident that we will win the one-day and T20 series as well," The Nation quoted Afridi, as saying.
He also said that he was very happy with Pakistan's Test series triumph, and insisted he would like to contribute in a big way in batting, bowling and fielding in the limited overs games.
"I am quite positive and Inshallah I will try to deliver and come up to the expectations of the nation," he added. (ANI)
