London, Jan 29 (ANI): Dereck Chisora, who is to face WBC champion Vitali Klitschko, AKA Dr Ironfist, in Munich on February 18, has bought himself a black cab.
The 28-year-old boxer plans to spend his purse on renovating a Hackney Carriage.
Wheeler-dealer 'Del Boy' has already bought the London cab as the latest addition to his unusual collection of traditional iconic objects at his north London home.
And despite being a huge underdog for his first world title shot, Chisora expects to soon have his own fleet of London cabs by beating Klitschko to set up a money spinning showdown with his brother Wladimir, holder of the other three world -titles.
"I bought a black cab the other day and I am going to bring it to life," the Daily Star quoted the Zimbabwe-born Londoner as saying.
"I am going to put in black windows, a Union Jack on it and red seats with a fridge for alcohol.
"Then I am going to get a driver to drive me about everywhere.
"New cabs are coming out and the old ones are getting scrapped so I bought one for a grand.
"It would cost me 10,000 pounds to get it back to its original condition but it makes me happy.
"Hopefully I will be able to get some more cabs because this is going to be a trilogy against the Klitschko brothers. When I beat him I have to fight the brother Wladimir and then Vitali again," he added. (ANI)
