London, Jan 14 (ANI): British actor Colin Firth has been presented with the 2,429th star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and he dedicated it to his wife Livia Firth.
The Golden Globe nominated actor was said to be emotional during the ceremony dedicating the honor to his wife, reports the BBC.
"When I look down there at that star, it's her name I see," said Firth speaking of his wife Livia.
Firth has been in the spotlight with his best actor Academy Awards nomination for 'A Single Man' and now his movie 'The King's Speech' is nominated for seven Golden Globes Awards.
"I want to thank everybody that has accompanied me on this extraordinary journey, he said after being presented the star.
"But probably more than anybody I could ever imagine Livia who has walked every step of this with me joyfully and truthfully," he added. (ANI)
