London, Dec 30 (ANI): Ace defender Rio Ferdinand has asked Manchester United teammates to cure their travel sicknesses if they want to win the Premier League title again.
United were left reeling from a late equaliser at Birmingham on Tuesday night which robbed them of two more vital points.
The result meant United has drawn seven and won just once away from home this season, the Daily Star reports.
Ferdinand revealed that Nikola Zigic admitted handling the ball in the build-up to the Blues' leveller from Lee Bowyer at St Andrew's.
"I thought it was a foul and I thought it was handball. I don't think it was offside. But their guy said at the end of the game that he handballed it," Ferdinand said.
"But in first half we didn't get playing at all, we just sat in there and battled it out with them. Second half we started quite bright and managed to get our noses in front with a great goal from Dimitar Berbatov," he said.
"But we need to shut games out like that and we didn't manage to do so. That's the disappointing thing. But we didn't lose and there might not be many teams come here and get something out of the game," Ferdinanad said.
"It's open for four or five teams to go and take it, but we want to be that team. We should have got the three points to help ourselves, but we'll be looking to the next one instead now," he added. (ANI)
