Melbourne, Dec 12 (ANI): American talk show host Oprah Winfrey on Sunday climbed the Sydney Harbour Bridge which was adorned with a big 'O' in her honour.
Oprah scaled the bridge with her best friend Gayle King and a group of her audience members, reports News.au.com.
Fans gathered at the bottom of the bridge and waited to get a glimpse of the 56-year-old talk show queen as she left for another Sydney must-see - Bondi beach.
Oprah on Saturday night partied through her first night in Sydney after being reunited with her 302-strong American entourage at a harbourside cocktail soiree.
The beach-themed party, hosted by NSW Premier Kristina Kenneally, featured live music from Guy Sebastian and a spectacular fireworks display over the water, which culminated in the lighting of the red 'O' on the bridge.
While the TV star has seen the very best the country has to offer in a whirlwind tour, she said it was the Australians themselves that had made the biggest impact.
"My highlight has been the people actually. As you all know, we've been in different places where people are not very friendly," she said. (ANI)
