London, Nov 23 (ANI): Charlie Sheen's NY hotel girl Capri Anderson is filing a criminal complaint against the actor.
The porn star- who alleges Sheen hurled lamps at her, choked her, lunged at her with a suspected knife and threatened to kill her - will meet with police in New York today, her lawyer revealed on US television.
Anderson, who initially didn't tell police about Sheen's alleged criminal behaviour after the incident at Manhattan's five-star Plaza Hotel last month, will file a civil lawsuit against Sheen today in a Los Angeles court, alleging battery, assault, false imprisonment and emotional distress.
Her lawyer, Keith M. Davidson, claims Sheen offered his client money to keep quiet.
"She's filing a police report against Mr. Sheen today. She's going to the NYPD and [will] report the action," the Daily Mail quoted Davidson as saying.
During a live appearance on Good Morning America, Anderson told how she was offered 3500 dollars to go to dinner with Sheen. (ANI)
