Hyderabad , Sun, 14 Nov 2010 ANI

Hyderabad, Nov.14 (ANI): India established a handsome 86 run lead over New Zealand at the close of the third day's play in the second cricket Test that is being played here. They had the "Turbanator" Harbhajan Singh to thank for this welcome advantage.

Replying to New Zealand's first innings score of 350, India were 436 for nine at the close of play. Harbhajan Singh was still at the crease with an unbeaten 85 (seven fours and five sixes) and keeping him company was fast bowler S. Sreesanth on 14 (two fours).

For New Zealand, the most successful bowler was skipper Daniel Vettori with four wickets for 123 runs of 45 overs. Fast bowler Tim Southee claimed three wickets for 95 runs of his 28 overs. Chris Martin had a wicket for 87 of his 29 overs.

Earlier in the day, the Indians were well served by Rahul Dravid (45), V.V.S. Laxman (74) and Suresh Raina (20).

All eyes will now be on whether Harbhajan gets his second Test hundred on Monday. (ANI)
