Patna, Oct 26 (ANI): During the ongoing campaign for Assembly polls in the State, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has said that Bihar will become a completely developed State by 2015 if the people vote his Government back to power.

Addressing a public rally here on Monday, Nitish Kumar urged the public to vote his Government back to power.

"Bihar's progress is on the right track; we are working towards putting growth of Bihar on the tracks of development and it has started showing results. Now, that the vehicle of growth is running, and if you give us another chance then this vehicle will run so fast that by 2015 Bihar will become a developed state for sure," said Nitish Kumar.

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is also contesting the election as an alliance partner of Nitish Kumar's Janata Dal-United (JD-U) under the banner of National Democratic Alliance (NDA).

BJP spokesperson Ravi Shankar Prasad, who was also present during the campaign, compared Nitish Kumar and Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Modi to ace cricketing personalities of the country.

"For the past five years the Government of Nitish Kumar and Sushil Modi, the coalition Government of JD-U and BJP has worked a lot which can be explained by one example; that Nitish Kumar is Sachin Tendulkar and Sushil Modi is Mahendra Singh Dhoni," said Prasad.

"This team is working together, so former Bihar Chief Minister and Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief Lalu Yadav is worried," he added.

The third phase of elections will take place on October 28 for 48 seats.
