The magazine will celebrate the awards' 20th anniversary, and Cher will be honored for her philanthropy, reports the New York Post.
The legendary singer created a buzz-worthy moment at the VMAs.
She wore a revealing black-mesh leotard and motorcycle jacket from her "If I Could Turn Back Time" video to present Lady Gaga with the Video of the Year award. (ANI)
