New Delhi, Oct 6 (ANI): The Indian archery team, which one of the strongest teams in the competition, continued the good work on the third day of the XIXth Commonwealth Games today with a convincing win over Trinidad and Tobago by 219-224 to make it to the quarterfinals in the compound team championship.
The Indian archery team comprises of Ritul Chatterjee, Jignas Chittibomma and Chinna Raju Srither.
Earlier today, the Indian women archers pulled off an upset in the Commonwealth Games team compound section when they beat favourites Australia by 227-220, and made the semifinals at the Yamuna Sports Complex here. (ANI)
