London, Sep 26 (ANI): Charlotte Church recently enjoyed a fun night out watching her new fella perform on stage - while a battle looms with ex Gavin Henson over their kids' custody.
The star downed drinks and danced with her aunt Patricia as boyfriend Jonathan Powell sang on stage.
She aims to relocate in the US and is set to clash with Welsh rugby international Gavin over custody of children, Ruby, three, and one-year-old Dexter.
The singer plans to spend up to six months Stateside next year when she releases her new album 'Back to Scratch', which is about her split from Gavin.
"There is just no way Gavin will allow this to happen. He loves his children and he's not going to have to travel halfway around the world to see them," News Of The World quoted a source as saying.
However, Charlotte, in an interview, confirmed that America is her biggest market and she'll permanently shift there.harlotte is also expected to take songwriter and guitar player Jonathan, 23, with her.
Meanwhile, Gavin has enjoyed nights out too, as he was recently spotted with TV dancing partner Katya Virshilas heading to a trendy restaurant in East London. (ANI)
