Bangalore, Sep. 22(ANI): A master chef has created a chocolate replica of Karnataka's 'Vidhan Soudha'.
Adelbert Bucher, master chef at Hotel Lindt took three weeks to create this piece, using 600 kilograms of chocolate. It is two and half feet high and 44 metres wide.
"This structure takes, actually, quiet a long time because we have to make measurements before, some kind of mould in order to get everything proportionally more or less correct, which takes, depending on monument or building, between three to four weeks. Then the actual finishing it takes two to three days," said Bucher.
Visitors expressed amazement over the wonderful creation.
"Making a structure out of chocolate, which is very smooth substance, and making such a big thing it is actually a masterpiece, I should say," said Amritansh, a hotel management student.
Bucher, who works and lives in Dubai, is on a tour of India to create the famous monuments of the country such as the Taj Mahal, India Gate, and the Charminar in Hyderabad in chocolate.
He has been touring the world for the past eight years, replicating various monuments in chocolate. Among them are Turkey's Blue Mosque and Dubai's Emirates Towers. By Sweta (ANI)
