Secret behind eating what you want and still keeping svelte French figure

Sydney, July 9 (ANI): The author of best-seller cookbook 'French Women Don't Get Fat' has given a tip on how one can stay slim by eating just three meals a day and remembering the three P's, namely, pleasure, portion and plan.

 

Mireille Guiliano, 64, said that the book is an appeal to people who love to eat food but are not connected with it, and how in order for them to connect they need to go into the kitchen and cook.

 

Her rule to healthy eating is to have everything the heart desires as long as it is not be mindless eating.

 

"Eat only three meals a day. Each meal has three substances:carbs, protein and fat," the Sydney Morning Herald quoted her as saying.

 

"You can have everything. But think about the three P's: pleasures, portions and plan.

 

"Don't tell me you don't have time. There are very few things in our life that we can control and time is one of them.

 

"The plan takes a bit of doing, getting organised. But once you get going, you know, it's like flossing your teeth in the morning," she added. (ANI)
