New Delhi, Mon, 28 Jun 2010 ANI

New Delhi, June 28 (ANI): The ibibo in collaboration with Maruti Suzuki is organising a talent hunt show called Maruti Suzuki ibibo i-serial star.

This is a talent hunt in which India's first online serial would be made and participants would be chosen in three categories namely: Acting, Directing and Scriptwriting.

It would be a 24 episode online serial that would be broadcasted over the Social Networking Site.

To compete, each participant has to upload his or her videos, scripts or short films made by them on ibibo in order to qualify for either in the acting, directing or scriptwriting category.

Selection of the winners will be based on the number of votes obtained by contestants and the choice made by a panel of judges comprising Raman Kumar, who created Tara for Zee TV, and Khalid Hashmi who launched Zee News.

Ibibo had earlier conducted a dance reality show on television where contestants were given the opportunity to dance to one hit song of their Bollywood idol under the guidance of ace choreographers like Saroj Khan and Ahmed Khan.

Ibibo, which stands for iBuild, iBond, is an Indian social networking site. It is an umbrella site that offers a variety of applications under its social network. (ANI)
