London, April 19 (ANI): American musical comedy-drama 'Glee' has been named as the best comedy series at the Glaad media awards in the US.
The award was given for its positive portrayal of gay characters, reports the BBC.
Ryan Murphy, who is the creator of the show, revealed that Kurt, played by actor Chris Colfer, will have a boyfriend in the next series and that the pair will be school prom kings.
Murphy also added that the gay character "would never be a victim" in the hit show. (ANI)
