London, April 16(ANI): Lindsay Lohan has been spotted shopping after missing a court date.
Three men have filed a lawsuit accusing her of holding them hostage, while she drove drunk through Malibu, California in 2007.
The actress reportedly arrived for the session in Venice, California 90 minutes late.
However, when she learnt that she was needed to be present in the court the entire day, she decided to avoid it altogether, reports TMZ.com.
Now, pictures have surfaced showing her picking up clothes from a Beverly Hills store.
She was present with her sister, Ali, and a friend at the Switch Boutique, reports the Daily Express.
Ronnie Blake, Jakon Sutter and Dante Nigro, had filed a suit against the actress in 2008, accusing her of endangering their lives.
Also, cops had allegedly found cocaine in the car. (ANI)
