London, April 03 (ANI): Britain's Got Talent star Susan Boyle sang heart-warming rendition of 'Amazing Grace' at Scots granny Molly Burnett's funeral in a tiny Aberdeenshire village.
She cleared her showbiz schedule and made the six-hour round trip to Methlick to pay her respects to pal Yvie's mother.
Molly, who died aged 84, lived for most of her life in Methlick, Aberdeenshire, and wasn't interested in celebs.
But the retired primary teacher knew Susan through her daughter Yvie, a vocal coach on TV's Britain's Got Talent.
"We were so grateful she took the time," The Mirror quoted Molly's sister Agnes Lamb as saying. (ANI)
