The singer travels the world searching for beauty secrets, as part of the show.
Simpson was offered a bottle labelled Distilled Cow Urine, as it is apparently a "detoxifying" drink, reports the Daily Star.
Shocked, Simpson asked: "Like pee? Cow urine?" (ANI)
