Melbourne, Jan 27 (ANI): British popstar Lily Allen has expressed her despair over racist attacks on Indians in Australia.
The 23-year-old singer enthralled the audience at Flemington with the string of hits like 'Smile', 'Not Fair', 'Everyone's At It'.
However, she didn't miss the opportunity to statement against Melbourne's racially-charged violence.
"I love this place more than anything in the world, but seeing Indians being beaten up on Sky News and people being persecuted makes me angry," Herald Sun quoted Allen, who was dressed in an Australian flag, as saying.
Allen also confirmed rumours of a break from music by telling her fans: "This is one of my last ever concerts, so, I hope you are enjoying it." (ANI)
