London, Jan 23 (ANI): England cricket coach Andy Flower fears that he will suffer a major loss to his backroom staff, with England bowling coach Ottis Gibson being lined up to become the new West Indies head coach.
After developing the skills of fast bowlers James Anderson and Stuart Broad for the past four years, the Barbadian is being tempted back to the Caribbean, The Sun reports.
He is now reportedly just waiting for a formal offer.
Gibson, 40, turned down the job three years ago when Aussie Bennett King was sacked, but will take over in time for the World Twenty20 in the Caribbean in May. (ANI)
