New York, Jan 22 (ANI): 'The O.C.' star Mischa Barton is being sued for 7,000 dollars for allegedly not paying her rent.
Barton, 23, is being sued by MRA Realties for not paying three months rent on a 7,000-dollar-a-month loft on Walker Street.
Her neighbours revealed she had cleared out of the building late last year, and that she had been very noisy while she stayed there.
"When she wasn't partying, she was moving furniture. She was always making noise," the New York Post quoted one neighbour as saying. (ANI)
