Bollywood luminaries offer their wishes for 2010

Mumbai, Jan 01 (ANI): Many celebrities of the Bollywood offered their best wishes for the new year 2010.

Famed Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan in his greetings said: "I wish all audiences and viewers a very happy and prosperous New Year. I hope that the new year will bring prosperity and happiness in your lives."

Actror, director, producer Amir Khan said: "Wishing all the viewers of ANI a very happy New Year. Have a great time and all the very best."

Film world's most sought-after poet, Javed Akhtar, also offered his wishes.

"I wish that the coming year will bring every happiness in your life which you desire," said Javed Akhtar.

Bollywood actresses also wished for a wonderful New Year 2010.

"I want to wish 2010 with open arms. Live your life to the fullest and be happy," said Bipasha Basu.

In her message Katrina Kaif said: "I would like to wish everyone a very happy New Year."

"A very happy New Year to all the viewers," said Sonam Kapoor.

"I wish all the audience a very happy and prosperous New Year," added Ameesha Patel.

Revellers across India celebrated the arrival of New Year with great fervour and enthusiasm. (ANI)
