New York, December 13 (ANI): Gisele Bundchen has reportedly sold her West Village townhouse for 13 million dollars.
The beauty has made a huge profit out of the deal as she had purchased the house for 5.8 million dollars in 2005.
However, she had listed it for 13.9 million dollars with broker Raphael De Niro before the sale.
The buyer is an out-of-state financier who will use it as a pied-a-terre, reports the New York Post.
Even, Alex Rodriguez checked out the place with Kate Hudson.
Meanwhile, Bundchen has given birth to baby boy with husband Tom Brady. (ANI)
