London, December 13 (ANI): Tiger Woods' lawyers may find it hard to stop American websites from releasing his alleged nude pics, as they have obtained the High Court Injunction only from London.
The injunction prevents British newspapers of using any such pictures but it may note deter American media.
However, the golfer's lawyers at law firm, Lavely and Singer, have reportedly sent copies of it to many US media organizations.
"The injunction only really affects US publications with assets under UK jurisdiction," Timesonline quoted Mark Stephens, a British media lawyer, as saying.
He added: "The problem for Woods is that a British injunction is unenforceable against US-based websites, which can effectively stick two fingers up to an English court."
However, the golfer's London lawyers have not admitted to the existence of any such photographs.
Meanwhile, Woods has decided to take an indefinite break from professional golf in a bid to save his marriage, following the exposure of his extra-marital affairs. (ANI)
