London, Dec 11 (ANI): A California appeals court ended the hearing of Roman Polanski's long-drawn illegal sex case without taking a decision.
The appeals court in LA has to make a decision if it should ask a Superior Court judge to consider dismissing the case of the Rosemary's Baby director without his appearance in court.
The three judges heard over an hour of arguments from lawyers for Polanski, his victim and prosecutors. The judges also threw a volley of questions at each attorney challenging their arguments.
While Polanski's lawyer wanted the case against him to be dismissed, prosecutors said the case should continue as the filmmaker was arrested in September in Switzerland, reports the Telegraph.
The judges are expected to deliver a written ruling.
Polanski is currently under house arrest at his villa in Switzerland. (ANI)
