Sibal donates books to deprived kids

New Delhi, Nov 16 (ANI): Human Resource Development (HRD) Minister Kapil Sibal donated books to underprivileged kids here today.
The programme was organised by the NGO, 'Save The Children'.
"It shows the extent of passion of the people who actually give away the books to those who have no access to them to be able to access them," said Sibal.
