London, Oct 2 (ANI): F1 driver Jenson Button has revealed the secret of his splendid track display at Japanese Grand Prix after a disastrous run in Singapore GP last week - a foot massage from girlfriend Jessica Michibata.
The 29-year-old has qualified to race at the Suzuka circuit in Japan, and aims to win the world title this Sunday.
When asked about the secret to his track display in the Far East, Button said, "My amazing girlfriend."
"After qualifying we got to my room. I'm not going to tell you all the details but she said lie down, so I did, and she gave me a foot massage. She said, 'So tell me about today'. That was so cool. She really listen," the Mirror quoted him as saying.
Meanwhile, Brit Formula One ace Lewis Hamilton has reportedly told titleholder Button that he will be only borrowing his world title.
The reigning champ has his fingers crossed that fellow Brit Button will inherit his crown in Suzuka this Sunday.
"I have my fingers crossed for Jenson that he will win it. I look forward to challenging him next year and taking my title back. ut I'm glad I am back at the front now. I'm showing that No 1 was earned. It was on my car for a reason. It is a positive eeling to be able to do that," said Hamilton. (ANI)
