Lahore, Sep. 30 (ANI): A district court in Pakistan has granted bail to Lollywood actress Meera's alleged husband until October 5 on the charges of criminal intimidation.
Earlier, Meera had had lodged an FIR against Attiqur Rehman for trespassing her property and threatening to hurt her, the Daily Times reports.
According to her FIR, registered under sections 427, 452, and 506 of the Pakistan Penal Code, Meera alleged in the FIR that Attique and eight unidentified accomplices had come to murder her, but she survived the attempt because she was not at home at the time.
They had damaged her house, the Fir said.
On Tuesday, additional District and Sessions Judge Shafiqur Rehman granted a pre-arrest bail. (ANI)
