Chocolate Biscuit Cake
Ingredients
Butter - 1/2 cup
Semi Sweet Chocolate - 1/2 cup
Cocoa Powder - 1 tbsp
Powdered Sugar - 1/2 cup
Vanilla Essence - 1tsp
Coffee Decoction - 1/4 cup
Biscuits
Walnut - 1/4 cup chopped
Method:
1. Heat a pan and melt the butter.
2. Once the butter got melted, add chocolate and keep the flame on low.
3. Add cocoa powder, sugar powder and vanilla essence. Stir it contiously to avoid sticking at the bottom.
4. Once the ingredients dissolved completely, turn off the stove. Let the chocolate sauce comes to a room temperature.
5. Dip the biscuits in coffee decoction and keep it in a bowl without a gap.
6. Spread chocolate sauce on the biscuits.
7. Add a layer of walnuts.
8. Place an another layer of dipped biscuits, chocolate sauce and nuts.
9. Now refrigerate it for an hour.
