On the first day of New Year 2017 minimum temperature recorded at 9.2 degrees Celsius in New Delhi. There was moderate fog in Capital and the minimum temperature was 2 degree above the average temperature in these days.
The maximum temperate in Delhi today is likely to be around 20 Degree Celsius.
"The sky will remain clear throughout the day with moderate to dull fog in the morning," an official from India Meteorological Department told IANS.
Humidity is also very high in Delhi, according to the weather office, Delhi seen 100 percent humidity today at 8.30 a.m.
