Indian community can soon disappear in Malaysia

Kuala Lumpur, Dec 31 (ANI): The Indian community in Malaysia could fade away in time with most families preferring to have fewer children.

 

Malaysia Hindu Sangam deputy president Dr Balatharumalingam was quoted as saying that it has become a normal practice for Indian families to have only one or two children.

 

There is a possibility that the Indian population in the country would be reduced drastically and there is a possibility the community could disappear, Tamil Nesan quoted him, as saying. (ANI)
