Watch: Youth thrashed by masked assailants
Mathura (Uttar Pradesh), Apr 12 (ANI): A youth was thrashed by masked men with sticks in Uttar Pradesh’s Mathura. The victim alleged that he was threatened by a man against whom he had lodged a police complaint because of opening fire during a Holi celebrations event. The man was later arrested after the victim's complaint.
