Watch: Mentally unstable man climbs high tension line tower
Surat, Sep 29 (ANI): A man climbed on the high tension line tower near New Bombay Market in Surat. He created ruckus, due to which, the market shop owners and other people gathered in large numbers there. The high tension tower, on which the man climbed, was 70 ft in height.
