Nalanda (Bihar), Oct 12 (ANI): Bihar Rural Development and Parliamentary Affairs Minister, Shravan Kumar, had an embarrassing moment when he stumbled while showcasing his sporting skills in Nalanda's Rajgir. The Minister, who was here to inaugurate a soccer match, fell down when he tried to kick a football. The incident took place during the match that was played earlier this week.
