WILL SUPPORT REVIEWING COLLEGIUM SYSTEM : KAMAL NATH
The NDA government is now looking at reviewing the collegium system of judge’s selection following Justice Katju’s allegations against the three former Chief Justice of India. A bill to scrap the collegium system of appointing judges to the Supreme Court and High Courts was introduced in the Rajya Sabha last year in the Congress regime.
