WHO IS BIHAR GOVT. TO SAY NO TO SPECIAL PACKAGE – AMIT SHAH
BJP President, Amit Shah speaking at Rajauli in Bihar has said the special package is for the poor of Bihar; it is for backwards of Bihar and ‘Maha dalits.’ This is not for the government and they have no right to say no to the package.
