Vermicelli Egg Pulao

It is a hassle for every mother to cook appealing dishes for their kids and families. It is normal for people to get bored of eating the same dishes over and over again so frequently. But, how to keep their meals healthy when they get bored of the food they eat every day? Simple, cook new dishes. We are here with one such simple yet easy and different dish for you to try out at home. A pulao recipe, filled with vegetables rich in nutrients and also heavenly in taste! It is one of those few healthy dishes kids won't have a problem liking! Ingredients Ghee 2 Tsp Vemicelli 1 Cup Cinnamon Cloves Cardamom Bay leaf Onion - Finely Chopped - 1 No Green chilli - slit - 2 Nos Carrot - Finely Chopped - 1 No Green beans - Chopped - 3 Nos Green Peas - 1 Tbsp T0mato - Finely Chopped - 1 No Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1/4 Tsp Salt to taste A pinch of Turmeric Powder Water - 1 3/4 Cup A little Oil Eggs - 4 Nos A pinch of Pepper Powder A pinch of Chilli Powder Method Heat a saucepan and add 2 Tsp of ghee. Add the vermicelli to the pan and keep stirring them, roasting them until they turn light brown in colour. Keep the roasted vermicelli aside and add some more ghee (2 Tsp) to the saucepan. Add the whole spices (cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and bay leaves) to the saucepan. Add the chopped onions to the saucepan and saute. Once the onions turn transparent, add the slit green chillies, chopped carrots, green beans and green peas to the pan. Saute for a few seconds, then add the chopped tomatoes. Saute. Push the vegetables to the sides of the pan, creating some space in the middle. Add the ginger-garlic paste to the pan. Mix it well with the vegetables. Season it with some salt and turmeric powder. Mix well. Season it with some salt and turmeric powder. Mix well. Now, add enough water to the vegetables in the pan and give it a quick stir. Close the lid and let it cook for five minutes. Remove the lid and add the roaster vermicelli. Mix it well and close the lid again. Let it cook until the vermicelli is completely cooked. Crack open some eggs in a bowl and season it with some salt, pepper powder, turmeric powder and chilli powder. Whisk it thoroughly. Add some oil in a separate saucepan and spread it over the surface of the pan evenly. Pour the egg mixture into the pan. Keep stirring to form crumbles as the egg cooks. Add the cooked egg crumbles to the vermicelli and mix it in. Garnish with some freshly chopped coriander leaves. Your Vermicelli Egg Pulao is ready to be served!
