VOTING BEGINS IN FOURTH PHASE OF BENGAL POLLS AMID HIGH SECURITY
Voting has begun this morning for 49 seats in the fourth phase of West Bengal assembly elections amidst tight security arrangements. Polling is taking place in two districts of North 24 Parganas and Howrah, both considered the ruling TMC’s bastion, with the party upbeat about retaining their 2011 tally of 44 seats in these two districts.
