Tandoori Tiger Prawns - Recipe Ingredients: Jumbo size Tiger Prawns - 1kg Juice of 1/2 Lemon Salt to taste Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Chili powder - 2 tsp Garam Masala powder - 1 tsp Cumin powder - 1 tsp Kashmiri chili powder - 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp Curd / Yogurt - 2 Tbsp Skewer sticks Method: 1. De-vein and clean the prawns 2. Add lemon juice, salt, turmeric powder, chili powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder, kashmiri chili powder, ginger garlic paste & yogurt 3. Mix well and let it marinate for atleast 30 minutes 4. Skewer each prawn on to the stick 5. Preheat the oven & cook for 8 minutes in grill setting 6. Flip and cook another 8 minutes Done!
