Tamatar Ki Chutney Ingredients Tomato - 5 no Mustard oil - 2 tbsp Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp Fennel - 1/4 tsp Fenugreek seeds - 1/4 tsp Kalonji seeds - 1/4 tsp Red chili - 2 no Green chili - 2 chopped Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp Chili powder - 2 tsp Salt - 2 tsp Ginger - 1 no Brown sugar - 1 tsp Method: 1.Take 5 tomato and chop them into pieces and keep it aside. 2.Take a wide saucepan, add 2 tbsp of mustard oil, 1/2 tsp of mustard seeds, 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds, 1/4 tsp of fennel, 1/4 tsp of fenugreek seeds, 1/4 tsp of kalonji seeds, 2 red chili, 2 green chili and cook till tomato gets mushy. 3.Now, add 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder, 2 tsp of chili powder, 2 tsp of salt and grate 1 ginger. 4.Cook for 7 minutes till it is completely mushy. 5.Season it with 1 tsp of brown sugar and mix well. Tamatar Ki Chutney is ready to serve.
