Stuffed Chili Bajji Ingredients: Boiled Potatoes - 4 nos Salt Kashmiri chili powder - 1 tsp Coriander powder - 1 tsp Turmeric powder - 1 pinch Amchur powder - 1 tsp Ginger & green chili paste - 1 tsp for batter Besan flour - 1 cup Rice flour - 2 Tbsp Salt Chili powder - 1 tsp Cooking soda - 1 pinch (optional) Water Method: 1. Boil, deskin and mash the potatoes 2. Mix mashed potatoes with salt, chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, amchur powder, ginger & green chili paste. 3. Retain the stem of chili. Make small slit at one side, big enough to deseed and to stuff the filling 4. Deseed and keep aside 5. Mix besan flour, rice flour, salt, chili powder, cooking soda (optional) 6. Add water gradually and mix to thick sticky batter consistency 7. Stuff the deseeded chili and dip in the batter 8. Deep fry till its cooked Done!
