Sony Xperia S, which was the flagship model from the house of Sony, the company has now announced the launch of their new device Xperia U. Sony Xperia U features 5MP primary camera which LED flash and video recording of 1280 x 720, 30 fps in high definition with 8GB of built in storage but has no microSD card slot.
