Sibal hails SC's recognition of transgenders as third gender
New Delhi, April 15 (ANI): Congress leader Kapil Sibal on Tuesday expressed his agreement with the Supreme Court's verdict recognizing transgender as a third gender. Sibal said that he is very happy with the SC's verdict and that he himself has fought for the rights of transgender and even got a land allotted to them in his constituency.
