Shinde orders action against states drawing excess power
New Delhi, July 31 (ANI): Assuring that power will be soon restored; Union Power Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde today ordered legal action against local governments using more electricity than their allotted quota as the country faces second major blackout. Talking to media persons in New Delhi, Shinde said that the central government was committed to address the woes of the people.
