School curriculum should include Sports: Narang
Pune, August 8 (ANI): Ace shooter Gagan Narang today arrived in Pune after winning a bronze medal at the London Olympics, in mens 10m air rifle. Narang received a warm welcome at the airport for bringing laurels to the country in the mega event. Speaking to mediapersons today in Pune, Narang said that the public and the government should support sports and it should be made a part of school curriculum. Narang was felicitated at the Gun for Glory academy by Maharashtra Sports and Youth Welfare Minister Padmakar Valvi. Narangs parents were also felicitated on the occasion. He also said that his mother was not happy with his bronze medal. Olympian Rahi Sarnobat and her parents were also felicitated on the occasion.
